I waited no more than an hour. I so appreciated being taken care of so quickly. Brian is so very professional as well as being caring. I will always ask for him! More

Regarding the service department, you as well as your reservation time will be treated with respect; but as far as confidence in the actual service expertise, and respect to you with regards to the exper reservation time will be treated with respect; but as far as confidence in the actual service expertise, and respect to you with regards to the experience of having issues resolved correctly, I find Tameron severely lacking. After losing functionality in the right-hand steering wheel controls of my 2013 Veloster, I did quite a bit of research amongst the experiences of other owners and determined that the issue was probably due to a clockspring issue; and with a 10 year old Hyundai, that seemed to be a reasonable cause, or at the very least a reasonable troubleshooting start. Took the car in, there was significant back-and-forth and inquiry about the issue (possibly due to the dealership not wanting to cover the cost of the replacement as part of an ongoing service bulletin), and it was finally determined that the issue was due to a bad controls switch. $800+ later (!), the switch is replaced, the right-hand controls work again for a few days, then once again the issues return. My initial ask was to have the clockspring replaced, which would have been a significant cost, but would probably have covered the issue. Instead, I spent (probably) an equal amount of money for what essentially resulted in a very expensive band-aid; and at this point, I refuse to return to have a new round of speculation conducted re: the underlying issue, with 0 guarantee of its accuracy, at additional expense to me. Bottom line - if you have the capacity, please consider performing work like this on your own (there are great resources online). If you don't, I highly suggest finding any place other than a dealership to perform the work - the due diligence with such large businesses just isn't there, and that statement absolutely includes Tameron Hyundai. Disappointing to say the least. More
