Service took a very long time, but Matt was communicative. Another customer had her 'service dog' (which she openly admitted wasn't actually a certified service dog) in the waiting room and it communicative. Another customer had her 'service dog' (which she openly admitted wasn't actually a certified service dog) in the waiting room and it was invading other customers' space, getting in their faces as they tried to eat and turning over cups of coffee. Please try and screen things like that better. More
