The original offer for the trade in was $9000. The trade in offered in your dealership was about $4500 after you saw the vehicle and drove it. While speaking to the salesmen about that offer, I received an email offer from the dealership via Kelley Blue Book for $8600. You guys tried to lowball the trade in offer and through your own incompetence failed. My wife really wanted the vehicle which is the only reason I didn’t leave at that moment.
