My encounter with the service advisor left me frustrated. I brought my car in to get it diagnosed. I did not decline services because I had been out of town. When I came to pick it up the service advisor ask I brought my car in to get it diagnosed. I did not decline services because I had been out of town. When I came to pick it up the service advisor asked me if I had an appointment in order to pick my car up. What? Yes, you should have made an appointment to pick your car up so that we can make sure it's all back together. I have enough mechanical knowledge to know there shouldn't have been much, if anything, taken apart. A more appropriate response should have included... let me check with the mechanic to see if it's buttoned back up and if not, how long it would take. I had to insist four times that he should check it's status while I was there. It was all buttoned up and ready to go. This experience could have resulted in a positive review with a little professionalism mixed with some common courtesy extended by the service advisor. On another note, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth to see a hazard waste fee as a part of a diagnosis. More
