My service advisor, Steve, was extremely helpful with programming my new key fob. Also, he personally showed me to the customer lounge & made sure I was comfortable which I appreciated. I was told back in January that the camera was on order. I never received a email , text or, or call telling me the camera was in . I called and found out that it was in 6 months later. Plus it took three h I never received a email , text or, or call telling me the camera was in . I called and found out that it was in 6 months later. I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil change and was told during the process that when my car was finished in the service department, it wouldn’t start and my battery was dead… We have never had a problem with our battery since we bought our car from you in 2022… I went ahead and bought a new battery l, which we feell should have been under warranty .. We have called our sales person several times in the past couple of weeks . He has not returned our calls yet.
