Lazy and procrastinating. I have had to take my car 3 times for the same problem. I asked for the issue to be fixed the first time and i was told it didn’t need to be fixed. We even purchased the part to have it fixed even though i later found out it was under warranty. But they refunded the party because they didn’t want to fix it. I had to take off work to bring my car in when it could have been done throughout the weekend when they serviced the car. The guy who actually work on my car was very lazy and left wires hanging and the plastic on the trunk hanging down prompting me to have to take the car back to the shop. More

It look much longer than I was told. The car was ready and sitting for 45 minutes before I was told to pick it up. They were supposed to evaluate my leaking tire and I was told the reason it was leaking was a hole in the side wall which was dangerous to drive on and they wanted me to buy a $315 new tire. I actually found that there was a screw in the tread of the tire. I felt like when I asked about a tire recall the associate got very defensive. I wish that we had gone to a different dealership and we are also wishing that we had never bought a Hyundai to begin with. This is our first Hyundai and will be our last. More
