I was greeted with kindness by the front desk and Levi when I started communicating with them. My car was misdiagnosed after I mentioned to them what I was told by another mechanic at Christian Brothers when I started communicating with them. My car was misdiagnosed after I mentioned to them what I was told by another mechanic at Christian Brothers that it was my transmission. I get the car back and got stranded again because my car was doing the same thing it did when I sent it to them(Tamron). Tamron wanted me to pay another deductible although I was having the same problem as when they first got it. That was resolved. I got my car back and it was almost on empty although I put gas back in their loaner. I felt like I was dismissed and the friendly attitude that I first received was not there. The front desk was still friendly but I felt dismissed by Levi.There was just too much back and forth although I had an extended warranty that he(Levi)said it didn't cover certain things(but it did). I'm 75yo and I dont need unnecessary stress in my life!!! More
