My phone number was written down incorrectly when I arrived. I had been calling all day to check my vehicle status and kept being told I would get a call back. But rather than check the computer for the correct contact info I just wasn't contacted. The recall issue was fixed and my brake light was fixed but a week later I got a mailer saying I was due for service and I was surprised that when my car was there all day that time no one mentioned any other maintenance or repair recommendations. I could have had all of it done that day my car was there for 10 hours. More
