Finally we got a price! Steve did a great job! My husband is an engineer so we knew what we wanted - we just had to find out how much it would cost. We visited several deal Steve did a great job! We visited several dealers and manufacturers; were were open to finding the best sedan at the best price. We were amazed at how many sale reps did not listen to our questions and instead, they asked, "What color do you want". We promptly left those dealers. We were also told to get a written offer from a competitive dealer, return to them and then they would give us a price. I would never want to do business with them! (* Incidentally, both of these events happened at Hyundai, similar events happened at Honda, Toyota, Kia, Chevrolet) Steve gave us a price! He made it simple to understand and that is what brought us back to Tamiami. Overall he was a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. More

The service department area has a very customer-friendly environment; where you wouldn't mind sitting to wait for your vehicle. My sales person was Vinny Incorvaia. Vinny was very knowledgeable, personable and took the time to show me 2 vehicles; so I could make the best decision, for what I wanted in a vehicle. Vinny made shopping for a car very fun and a pleasureable experience. He also explained everything very clearly to me and followed up. I would highly recommend (and am actively recommending) Steve Kalinowski as a salesperson. He's knowledgeable, has good customer management skills, and is a good listener.
