In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. The car service was fine but the waiting room situation was not. The music was hard rock and blasting. The first few minutes it was fine - but then someone changed the station and turned it up. Clearly a choice for the staff and not the customers. I moved into the quiet room - which was no longer designated as such. It was terrible. PLEASE PUT THE QUIET ROOM BACK, and make it more appropriate for people wanting to work while waiting on the cars being serviced. While this has nothing to do with the quality of service it gives me great pause to want to come back here to have my car worked on. More
