Tamiami Hyundai 2017 Santa Fe This is my second Hyundai in as many days, the first is an Elantra for my wife (replacing a 2012 Elantra), and this one to replace a 2014 Mazda CX5 th This is my second Hyundai in as many days, the first is an Elantra for my wife (replacing a 2012 Elantra), and this one to replace a 2014 Mazda CX5 that I only had for six months but found was just too small and rough riding. The Santa Fe I have is fully optioned with the Ultimate and Tech packages and I am very comfortable travelling on the highway. I discovered a thin three inch scratch on the right rear passenger door on the next morning after taking delivery. When I contacted the Sales person I was asked if I could bring it in next week for evaluation by the dealer's on site detailer. Upon arrival I was offered a loaner and when I returned the scratch was no longer visible. The dealer never made me feel uncomfortable and absorbed the complete cost for the service. More

The mechanic spilled coffee in my car...seriously!?!?!? I was in for service on 2/4/17 at 9:30 am for a warranty repair issue. While I was sitting outside in the service drive waiting for my vehicle to be i I was in for service on 2/4/17 at 9:30 am for a warranty repair issue. While I was sitting outside in the service drive waiting for my vehicle to be inspected, I saw the mechanic walking to my vehicle with a completely full cup of coffee, no lid, and so full I saw steam coming from it. I saw him get into my vehicle and drive away. I sat waiting only hoping that the coffee was not spilled into my vehicle. After the service was completed I was presented with the paperwork, asked to sign, and I was told my vehicle was waiting. I would like to point out that there was NO mention that a mistake was made, or that coffee was spilled in my car. I went to my car and as soon as I opened the door I could smell the strong odor of coffee and it was completely obvious that it was spilled in my vehicle. The driver’s side seat was wet with coffee, the center console, and the driver’s side door. The fact that I need to write this review is mind blowing! The fact that they let their mechanics into customer's vehicle with ANY beverage is beyond unprofessional! I would NEVER expect that from a dealership! I understand accidents happen, but for a mechanic to spill coffee in my car is something that should NEVER in a million years happen. It is completely 100% unacceptable, and unprofessional! More
