Unsatisfied This is the 4th Hyundai we purchased, however, I will never purchase a car thru your company again..... In October 2015 we traded our Sonata 2013 with This is the 4th Hyundai we purchased, however, I will never purchase a car thru your company again..... In October 2015 we traded our Sonata 2013 with only 16,000 miles to purchase a Azera, however payments was too high so we were talked into leasing the Azera for $485.00 per month for 36 months (purchased at Jenkins Hyundai dealership in Leesburg Florida). We were told at this time that we could turn the car in at any time at any garage.......towards another car. We decided to turn the car in and purchase another car.....We looked at several cars and decided on a Elantra 2017 because the cost was cheaper.....$18,000 MRP.......... when we went to finance the car it ended being $27,000 with payments of $420.00 a month for 72 months.........When this was finished we ended up financing $27,000 for this car.....This is very unethical and unprofessional taking advantage of Seniors....We also had to pay $1500.00 to Hyundai for the Azera.....and another $1500.00 for the Elantra as down payment.... The salesman (Mr. Mat Harding) told us that we could turn in the leased vehicle with not problem and that he was a leasing agent.....So we turned the car in.to Hyundai......When we called the Hyundai Finance Company we were told we were responsible for all 25 months payment for the Azera.....Now owed for (2) cars. Thanks to the Financial person Mr David Medeiros we were able to have Hyundai buy the leased vehicle from us as a trade in thru Hyundai Dealership.....We were so thankful that we would have signed any lease to get out of paying for (2) cars. We still feel that we have been cheated by having to pay $27,000 for a $18,000 car. We are going to talk to a Lawyer to see if anything can be done about this..... More
