Purchase Experience 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport The facility is new so it looks impressive from the street. Our purchase experience was exhausting taking over five hours. We were not happy about the deal we struck with them and feel we overpaid by about $3,000. They gave us $12,350 for our BMW when we should have received $14,500. They used an inaccurate car fax report stating severe damage but they also had an auto check report stating minor damage. They reduced the price of the new car by $1,750 based on Hyundai factory discounts, but it was $1,000 over the fair market price stated by KBB for our area. The sales manager "Paul" did not handle a repair to our front driver side alloy wheel in the most honest way. It took a call to Hyundai USA and a call to the general manager to get "Paul" to replace the wheel as he originally proposed in a meeting less than 48 hours of ownership of the vehicle. Based on this experience, we will find it very difficult to come back to this dealership for service in the future. More
