Highway robbery at the service department!!! Unless you like to throw your money away, take your car somewhere else to be serviced. We purchased the extended warranty when buying a certified preowned car. When we took the car in to have an issue fixed (we are ready knew what the issue was) we were told it wasn't covered by the warranty. But they charged us $157 to diagnose the problem ( something we already knew) They also claimed it wasn't covered by the warranty. Also told us that it will cost $700 to fix something that we could fix ourselves for $100 take your money elsewhere. We'll never buy another car from Hyundai!!!! More

=buying experience This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I told the young sales rep. named Carlos , that this was not my first rodeo, and This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I told the young sales rep. named Carlos , that this was not my first rodeo, and that I wasn't going to go back and forth and play the game! He understood fully and we made the deal right there. he was very professional and I would like to tell his boss Tim Zeller what a great young salesman he is.Also the finance man, David Madeiras was super nice, and I applaud his service.
