Great experience, great people! Knowing the lease on my 2013 Hyundai Azera would expire soon, I began investigating new cars. I was immediately impressed with reviews of the 2016 Hyu Knowing the lease on my 2013 Hyundai Azera would expire soon, I began investigating new cars. I was immediately impressed with reviews of the 2016 Hyundai Genesis. When I saw advertising for the 0% interest rate leasing promotion, I decided to pursue my options. I went into Tamiami Hyundai and met with veteran salesman Vinnie Incorvaia. Vinnie did an outstanding job of showing me the features of this amazing car and facilitating a test drive. Upon returning to the showroom, we had some preliminary discussions regarding lease options and finances and identified an attractively-priced “Executive” car which met our needs. It quickly became apparent that because the Azera lease had more than 3 months remaining, any transaction would be much more complicated than usual. Consequently, Vinnie appropriately involved sales manager Jeff Stall. Jeff – a most affable person -- has deep car sales management experience. He professionally answered all my questions about lease details and showed me a variety of lease financing options. He made sure we had a mutual understanding regarding the implications of ending the Azera lease early. I had run some web-based model leases and he patiently showed me how to relate those to his numbers. We reached a deal which was a win/win for me and the dealership. I then met with Finance Manager David Medeiros to complete the transaction. David clearly knows his stuff. He walked me through the paperwork smoothly, including the lease-end details on the Azera. The next day, Vinnie delivered the car in a most professional manner. He showed my wife and me how to work all the features and went out of his way to properly connect our phones, activate Bluelink, etc. He assured us he would be responsive to any problems or needs going forward. He also introduced me to the managers in the Service Department, all of whom were most friendly. Now three days later, we are happy Genesis drivers and would heartily recommend Tamiami Hyundai to our friends. Incidentally, when one of them saw our new car, he said he had bought 3 Hyundais at Tamiami – a track record that speaks for itself! More
