Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! "I walked into the dealership at a 8:10am on a Saturday morning and asked, ""who is the most awake here because that is the guy I need"". Although I was half kidding, I was lucky to meet Rob Reilly who spent a few hours with me and it ended in my decision to purchase a 2017 Santa Fe Sport and since that day, I couldn't be happier. First, the car: it is an awesome car with so many features I still can't believe it - and for a ridiculously great price. I also own a Lexus RX350 which I also love and in fact, I was looking for something that was similar but at a lower price. I never dreamed that Hyundai would be so similar! One feature that I think is great is the 360 camera view. I am someone who likes to back into parking spaces and now I am really able to zip right in. There is so much to talk about with this car that I would be going on forever here - just drive it and you'll see. Now, the buying experience - Rob was beyond knowledgeable. He knew about every feature on the car but didn't overwhelm me with it all. He was very responsive to all my questions. I went into the dealership thinking ""Basic"" and I decided I had to have all the bells and whistles and I am so glad I did as I really enjoy driving this car. My stepmom accompanied me to Tamiami Hyundai and she continues to say to everyone what fun it was and how Rob put up with all our antics including tuning into The Groove on Sirius XM - go disco! She continues to contemplate a Hyundai purchase in the near future. The Dealership - Wow! very impressive place. The people are all so friendly and accommodating. Dave in finance is such a nice guy and they have these really slick giant tablets with all the paperwork electronically prepared. If you go, make sure you check out the bathrooms - gorgeous! The service area (where they fix and service cars) was so spotless you can literally eat off the floor.
