I started the process online earlier that week with Rob, then via phone, and then I drove with my family the two hours from Bradenton to Naples because of the fact that I had immediate trust and respect for Rob based on my conversations with him already, and the fact that this dealership was the only one in the entire southeast that had the exact vehicle I wanted. It was an incredibly easy, straight-forward process to take ownership of my dream car - a 2016 Hyundai Genesis with all option groups - and with the dealership's added warranty incentive, 0% financing, and same-day delivery, it was a deal that I absolutely could not pass up! We worked up a very fair price for the car, for my trade, and related details. Rob's expertise made it a fast/easy process, and Dave's expertise on the Finance side made that part a breeze as well. No pressure - no stress - just a simple, straightforward process. Sign and drive! The fact that Rob and Dave were also fellow veterans, and Dave used to live here near me, just made the experience all that much better. Warrenty Information If there was one area that was lacking it was the last area where the warranty was presented. I was surprised that there were three different types of warranty all of which came at a gradually higher cost. I was also very surprised at the $400 dollar charge if you did not buy or lease a new Hyundai at the end of my lease. This to me cheaens the whole experience, its like a restocking fee for a product you might buy at Walmart. Plus the fact that I was not told until after I had signed to buy the care was upsetting. Other than this experience was OK. I did not like this last expeience More
