Founded in 1973 by Arlie Zellers Tamiami Ford built a reputation for outstanding service and sales in Naples and throughout Florida. Our specialty over the years has been pre-owned vehicle sales, no other retailer in Collier County has sold more pre-owned vehicles over the years! In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. Great salespeople But Questionable Finance Department The salesman Vinnie was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and was easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions, and got me overall good dea The salesman Vinnie was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and was easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions, and got me overall good deal on a Genesis Coupe. The only problem I had was with the finance guy. I waited 2+ hours in the showroom for him, and he was the rudest person I met in a long time. He was horrible to deal with, and did not even talk about the warranty. He was confrontational about my financing options telling me "you have been rejected by three of these guys (credit companies), what would you think would happen." At this point I wanted to leave the deal, but was afraid that I was too far in the process - since they make you sign all these forms prior. It seemed like he was just in a rush to leave for the day, and didn't care. The salesman promised me one price and the finance guy spend 20 minutes arguing about it and jacked up the price with a high APR. I'm not sure if I would buy again from them, felt a little like bait and switch. More
