Great Experience Kevin was great to work with, I had been shopping for a new car for two months being frustrated with phony promotions and bait and switch tactics. As soon we entered the dealership, he made the eye contact and greeted us promptly. Our visit to Tamiami Hyundai was not planned and it was our last stop before heading home. My wife test drove two cars during our visit and selected Santa Fe Sports Turbo Ultimate. The quote offered to us was very competitive and tilted our decision to made the purchase at Hyundai instead of local Honda dealership. We really enjoyed our experience at Tamiami Hyundai and will definitely return for future purchases. More

Avoid this dealership or bring your lawyer and CPA with you. We had a good experience with the salesman. Nice guy, knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase negotiation was really bad. Sales manager negotiates like a carnival hustler, always trying to slip one by you. We walked out the first day only to receive a call at home from a different sales manager who apparently could figure out that $3800 divided by 36 months did not equal $80. Went in the next day to close at 10:30 am...we left for lunch at 1:00...came back and finally picked up the car at 3:30. Not only do their computers not work, we spent 3 hours sitting at the salesman's desk for no apparent reason...not a credit problem. Closing process was interesting. We were asked to sign about 6 documents in blank that said "read carefully", that we never received copies of. When we finally got the car, it was delivered with a malfunctioning tire warning system (they delivered a defective car). We had to bring it in the next day for repairs which took 3-4 days. On a positive note, they gave us a nice loaner. The entire experience as a cluster***k. I would never recommend this dealership. More
