I am rating the Hyundai service 5 stars because everything AFTER scheduling the appointment went very well. HOWEVER, I do not own a Hyundai, I own a Genesis that I purchased from this dealership, who provided lots of presale blather about premier bespoke service. In reality, the dealership is currently providing Hyundai-level service to its luxury Genesis brand that is nowhere near what BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Acura and the like provide (I've owned them all). Now, I know this dealership has exploded and sold truckloads of new Genesises (I love the GV70 bought)-- but their service capacity HAS NOT KEPT UP and the wait/backlog to get an appointment is rated ZERO. I called in early September to schedule routine service and received a mid November date as long as I dropped off and picked up. And don't even try to get a loaner, that added a month more. The car spends summers in Massachusetts and that's an even worse situation. So yes, 5 Stars to the hard working, earnest folks in the service department who did a great job, but a big fat zero to the dealership owners and management who have pumped out a large volume of luxury-priced cars with no realistic strategy on how to service them as promised.
