Had confirmed appt arrived had no record of it. Had car for 2 DAYS was never called or provided a diagnosis. Could not get a service advisor on phone. My car was in service since 12/13/2024. When I got home I noticed a piece of the sunroof flew off on the ride home. No toilet in the waiting room of the new area. I am on a walker, deaf and it was outrageous that Hyundai did make us wait for hours in a room with NO TOILET.
