Oil change Not very greeting friendly, for going to the service center the first time, they were kind of rude. No directions on what to do, no hi from anyone. Over priced and not organized 278 dollars in labor to figure out my window switch was bad. Then wanted to charge me another 60 in labor to install it after the part was ordered. 278 dollars in labor to figure out my window switch was bad. Then wanted to charge me another 60 in labor to install it after the part was ordered. Had an oil change done at the same time. Asked for my multi point inspection sheet. Was told that if its not the normal oil change tech doing the oil change then they do not normally do the check sheet. I asked for one. They filled it out on the fly when I was there to pick up my window part. All green was checked- i know that some parts of my vehicle are not good, which told me that they just wrote it up to make me happy. Super xxxxty. Also miscommunication where they almost charged me for the wrong part. (Which i caught) Which was over 100.00 more than the part i needed. The only reason i brought my car there was due to Tanner is the only dealership that will deal with electrical issues on my dodge. Never been happy with there prices or charges. Will not take my vehicle back there . More
