They sold me a 13 Chevy cruze used and 40 miles later the engine had a malfunction and then had me pay out of pocket for the repairs. Then after getting a bill of $372 for labor for a coil and getting trans engine had a malfunction and then had me pay out of pocket for the repairs. Then after getting a bill of $372 for labor for a coil and getting transmission fluid down to right level and thats including the $70 they charged for spark plugs their prices are outrageous and if you call them out on it they will ignore you. Buyers beware. Incredibly disrespectful service department. they don't take responsibility. More

Then, looked at other dealerships for comparisons. Bottom line, tanner, topped them all! Very friendly staff. I knew, I was just another customer but, I felt like I was being treated like Family! Really! We had the privilege to be helped by Shannon. We felt he and others there were in "our" corner. We will be back and hope you, can experience the same treatment we did. More
