Ram has not found a solution or fix to DEF winter problems on there 2019-2021 Ram diesel. Tanner service told me to park my truck in a heated garage in the winter. They forgot to tell me not to d problems on there 2019-2021 Ram diesel. Tanner service told me to park my truck in a heated garage in the winter. They forgot to tell me not to drive it either. The problem has not been solved. They blame Ram, engineering is working on it, but it still remains a unsolved problem . Fix it ! More

Tabitha was working Saturday and got my car in right away for the oil change. It was finished in less than an hour. have had two oil changes and both of them have leaked oil out. They seem to have a lot of teenagers doing the work. my truck is a 2020 ram and worth 75k. i don’t recommend this service station. also the wait out.
