Initial feel was good with Loti the service manager. Drove truck to thr lake and still no heat. She indicated heat coil may be needed to replaced. Between my husband and me called 5x to set up appt. Oil change was fine. Asked to have air added to tires, not done or pressure checked. Also check tail light that appeared partially loose.
