Bought two vehicles from Tanners apparently the warranty is as good as the service poor, No response back, or very little at best they are more concerned with finding a way out of the warranty than helpin is as good as the service poor, No response back, or very little at best they are more concerned with finding a way out of the warranty than helping a customer with repairs. In short I paid for replacement of a motor on my 2019 Jeep and got no help from Tanner. The first thing I was told is “you better get your oil receipts in order”. From there it was a finger pointing contest between the oil filter company and Tanner. Who ended up paying? Me Unbelievable that I did nothing wrong but end up paying. Tanner is more worried screwing over their customers than giving good customer service. I completely understand that this is an unfortunate situation, and so does everyone involved. But at the end of the day Tanner does not care and left me with a bill of close to 9000.00 dollars. I will do everything I can to keep everyone from doing business with Tanner and the whole Chrysler family. As disappointed as I have ever been. More

Great to be able to negotiate a purchase about 10 years ago. Service on my current vehicle was easy to schedule at a reasonable time.
