I bought my Toyota certified used at Tansky with about 35,000 miles on it. I went in for an oil change (over 40k at this point and maybe the 3rd time we'd been in since purchase) and without looking at t 35,000 miles on it. I went in for an oil change (over 40k at this point and maybe the 3rd time we'd been in since purchase) and without looking at the car they said I needed a required service that they said was supposed to have been done at 30k I pointed out the situation to the service guy and he said that they didn't have a record of it being done. $200+ more dollars. So certified used must not mean that service is up to date. And it seems they don't offer car washes (or Tansky bars) like they used to either. Very disappointing. More

Took our 2016 Camry in for regular maintenance and oil change. They found some issues and Adam reviewed with honest appraisal and no hard sell or false probabilities. I was very pleased with Josh Thibaut, my service advisor. I took my car for general maintenance and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic service at Tansky! Kirby was knowledgeable, upfront, gave good guidance and was a pleasure to work with. In all those years, we have scheduled checkups according to a schedule, and I have never asked for special consideration to schedule in a hurry. Last week, however, I phoned on a Friday morning and asked for special consideration to get in asap because something odd -- and loud -- seemed to be going on with the front left tire. My husband is scheduled for serious surgery on Monday, I told Amy, and I was concerned about having a problem with the car that got me out and stuck somewhere. Amy got us right in on Friday morning. Mo kindly helped me when I arrived. To allow time for a diagnosis and work on the car, I rented a car and went home. The person(s) who worked on the problem stayed late to continue and, I think, came in early on Saturday morning to finish the job. For their expertise and kindness, we had the car back in good order by noon on Friday. One of the women in the check-out place (is her name Nickie??) completed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. In addition, one of the valets (whose name I didn't catch) and Quenton, helped get my husband's wheelchair out of the rental car and into the trunk of our car before I left for home. We are so grateful, always, for all the Toyotas we have owned during the years and for the excellent follow-up service at Tansky's. The time, however, was very special because of Amy's compassion of getting us in early because of my husband's medical situation, and the whole team's collaboration in completing the needed work efficiently, effectively, and quickly.
