He showed me how to work all of the new technology and features in the car in a clear way that was easy to understand. Vanessa was my salesperson and was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She took care of me from A to Z making sure my car was ready down to a full tank of gas when I finally drove off with my lease. He was extremely courteous, fair, professional, and was the ultimate reason I went with a Honda lease instead of an alternative car brand I had been looking into. Finally, Rich was my finance manager and helped explain every detail of all the forms I was signing and additional protection plans that I purchased. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. While I also dealt with two other staff members, it was these four individuals that really made my experience very comfortable. Out of twelve test drives and multiple dealerships, Wilson at Tarrytown Honda stood out as patient, thorough and professional. I negotiated mostly through the phone and wound up purchasing a 2013 Pre Certified Honda Fit. They got me a great financing rate since I had some money to put down, even though I wound up getting a slightly better rate through a credit union personal loan. The car was clean and in great shape, as expected. Richard the finance manager did a great job explaining all fees and pricing, especially since this was new to me. I never felt pushed, rushed or sidelined. I'm one of "those" who needs to read the fine print on absolutely everything, and they were completely thorough and professional about it. Overall, my experience was really wonderful. I'll be back for my next vehicle! More
