Luis Colon, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Volvo model we were interested in - He spent over 4 hours helping us select the right car for us- He was very personable and helpful. He also helped us to obtain an excellent financing package. We would definitely return to Tasca to buy our next car. More
They were no-pressure sales people and they didn't keep you waiting. Everyone was efficient, helpful and went out of their way to keep you satisfied. When I came back to get some questions answered about my car, everyone in the training and service department were equally nice. I saw my sales rep to say hello and he bought me lunch! I also have had follow up calls from my sales rep as well as Tasca Ford to see if I was happy with my purchase. This is a great dealership with people who care that they do their jobs well and have the customer's satisfaction as their focus. I would go back again in a heartbeat. More
I purchaed our Lincoln on Tuesday evening. Thursday morning the vehcile's engine did not turn over. we called our saleman to let him know what had occured. We were instructed to call the Lincoln roadside service number, however, since we had to leave for a business trip we could not wait around for the tow truck. Therefore, We were unable to have the car towed to Tasca until Friday evening. Our salesman and the service staff have expressed concern about the issue, however, it is disconcerting to have a new car that only runs for 24 hours. I would have preferred that our vehcile was put at the head of the list of repairs once we called to notify them of the problem, but we were told that we would most likely not have the car seen until Monday. So we have a new vehicle for a week and are unable to enjoy our ownership. More

I stopped into Tasca planning just to test drive a 2012 Escape to decide whether to buy a 2012 or 2013; decided on the 2012 and they had exactly the car I was looking for. To my great surprise, I bought th Escape to decide whether to buy a 2012 or 2013; decided on the 2012 and they had exactly the car I was looking for. To my great surprise, I bought the SUV then and there! The salesman, Evan Fogel, was a treat to work with; no high pressure sales, very respectful (even got done in time for my dad to make his golf game)! Eva Bickford in the business office was a treasure and got me through the whole financial process so effortlessly it was almost painless to hand over my downpayment. Bob Tasca's grandson came out to personally great us (as his grandfather had done in August, 2002 when I bought my first Escape on the day the Cranston dealership opened). All in all, it was just a delightful experience. More

We loved the test drive experience and really enjoyed the independence that was allowed and encouraged so that we could test drive the vehicle as much as we wanted and be thorough. I don't like car dealerships. Like most sales organizations they usually result in a high pressure sale with a representative that is not very knowledgeable and only makes decisions based on a st organizations they usually result in a high pressure sale with a representative that is not very knowledgeable and only makes decisions based on a strict policy. I never felt that way visiting Tasca. Evan, our Tasca sales representative, was new to the Tasca team, but has exactly the temperament and determination that made for an excellent experience. I never felt pressured or rushed. While Evan was new to the Mazda product group, anything he didn't know, he found out, so that I didn't end up with unanswered questions after the fact. The pre-trade agreement made a new vehicle affordable for the CX-5 that we knew we wanted when we walked in the door, and Evan worked with us to make our request of adding vehicle navigation easy and affordable. Beyond our great sales experience, the Tasca dealership is conveniently placed, well equipped, and has a service center that is more than available at hours that make sense for someone who works 9-5 (like most do). I will definitely be coming back to Tasca when another vehicle is needed, and will recommend Evan and Tasca to my friends and family. More
