Overall the visit was fine, but it took a really long time to get a loaner vehicle and insurance check. That was awful. We had to get a person from our auto insurance company on the phone to confirm our time to get a loaner vehicle and insurance check. That was awful. We had to get a person from our auto insurance company on the phone to confirm our coverage. It took a REALLY long time. Not good for busy professionals when we need to get back on the road. Then my vehicle was not washed or cleaned inside at all after a very expensive service visit, I have asked about it, Michael took it through quick exterior wash, but no vacuuming inside.
