He was energetic and helpful throughout the whole process, answering our questions and showing us all the details about the car we were interested in. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five is because we wish we could have worked a better deal on the price, but this was handled by Julian’s manager. A nice guy but also a businessman. We did expect negotiation, and felt like in the end the deal we got was still a good one. More

We never felt pressured or treated like a transaction. We felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. What impressed us most came after the sale. When a potential tire issue required additional inspection, the team immediately took ownership. Even though it was late on a Sunday, they arranged a courtesy vehicle, coordinated the inspection and repair with BMW, and kept us informed until our vehicle was ready. Their guiding principle was simple: “It’s the right thing to do.” That says everything!! Exceptional customer experiences don't happen by accident.
