For us, this process seemed somewhat daunting because we were required to use a designated power of attorney form to sell the vehicle for a family member. On top of that, we were located on the West Coast. Jacqueline was very conscientious in following up over period of four months and set up an appointment when we arrived in Florida. Once we arrived at the dealership, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Clagg, General Manager who invested a great deal of time assisting us. After he had time to evaluate the vehicle, he prepared an offer for us since this was not a trade-in. The offer was very fair and provided important details that we appreciated. He made sure that this complicated process of selling our vehicle was done strictly by the book which it was. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Jaclyn's patience and assistance were way beyond the norm. Sean had the car ready and took the test drive with us, providing lots of background information as he is the one who had taken it in trade. His great attitude and helpfulness was very reassuring. Joe was also extremely helpful when we hit a snag with my out of town credit union and was able to smoothly accommodate us and keep us informed in the process. The price was better than anyone else in the area on a similar model. This was not a WOULD buy again scenario but a HOPE TO or WISH I COULD ALWAYS buy again here scenario. Thank you to the entire staff at TASCA Buick GMC Clearwater. I honestly don't know what you could have done better. You should be held up as the example of how to treat customers. More
