We never felt pressured or treated like a transaction. We felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. What impressed us most came after the sale. When a potential tire issue required additional inspection, the team immediately took ownership. Even though it was late on a Sunday, they arranged a courtesy vehicle, coordinated the inspection and repair with BMW, and kept us informed until our vehicle was ready. For us, this process seemed somewhat daunting because we were required to use a designated power of attorney form to sell the vehicle for a family member. On top of that, we were located on the West Coast. Jacqueline was very conscientious in following up over period of four months and set up an appointment when we arrived in Florida. Once we arrived at the dealership, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Clagg, General Manager who invested a great deal of time assisting us. After he had time to evaluate the vehicle, he prepared an offer for us since this was not a trade-in. The offer was very fair and provided important details that we appreciated. He made sure that this complicated process of selling our vehicle was done strictly by the book which it was.
