Purchased used vehicle Purchased a used vehicle, everything was great until the end. We purchased the ceramic coating from the dealership during sale closing, however, we th Purchased a used vehicle, everything was great until the end. We purchased the ceramic coating from the dealership during sale closing, however, we thought they would clean the vehicle prior to the coating. Sadly, they did not. Instead they opted to leave handprints, dead bugs, etc on the vehicle sealing them in with the coating. It looks horrible but not immediately noticeable, we did mention it before leaving the dealership and the sales team agreed with us that it was not done correctly. We contacted the dealership and they did respond asking us to bring the vehicle back in however we live 4 hours away not counting the service time needed to make the needed corrections - they offered no other solutions. We would maybe recommend this dealership if you are local to their area. More
