I took my Lincoln MKZ to the collision center for minor body repair, (Left finder). They wanted to repaint the whole front end which didn't need it. Being a retired military member and a body repair specia body repair, (Left finder). They wanted to repaint the whole front end which didn't need it. Being a retired military member and a body repair specialist in my younger days, I explicitly informed the manager that just the finder needed repair and under the nose of the car. My biggest concern was matching the paint to the rest of the car. Prior-to requesting my wishes the price was $3,299.86. After agreeing to my request he reduced the price to $2,689.00. When returned to pick up the vehicle the paint didn't match. I was totally dissatisfied. I was told the general manager would call me to examine my vehicle repair results. (No call from the general manager) for reconciliation! !!! More

They have a truck listed on Cars. com, GMC CPO website as well as their own website for $4,500. I called to ask to put a deposit on the truck and confirmed with Kody Kramer that the pr com, GMC CPO website as well as their own website for $4,500. I called to ask to put a deposit on the truck and confirmed with Kody Kramer that the price on the site was the correct price. He said yes that is our best price I said great can I put a deposit. He then looked at the website and said oh that price is a mistake. We can't offer that truck at that price. That is false advertising and it's listed at that price in multiple locations. I don't think it is fair to a consumer that a price listed can change when you call. More
