This last experience was awful enough to take our business elsewhere. Our car was in service for a routine oil change and it was damaged while in the shop. Back window busted out. I was never given a business elsewhere. Our car was in service for a routine oil change and it was damaged while in the shop. Back window busted out. I was never given an adequate explanation as to what happened and was given a loaner much too small for the use of our family. I was told I was very lucky to get that or nothing. Management never spoke with me staff never stepped up and did anything at all to make it right. I took my car home and vacuumed the glass out of the trunk myself. 100% Miserable experience More
