If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would. Went in for a routine oil change since I have purchased my truck here from Bill Stasek before becoming what is now Tasca. I provided the service advisor a coupon I routinely receive which he did not honour stating my car took 8 quarts instead of 6. It in fact takes 6 quarts which I was surprised no one checked. They overcharged me and told me I had to come back to get it resolved. Then they further stated that the last 3 visits the service paperwork showed they were putting in 8 quarts and charging me for 8 quarts! This gave me further concern that they are overfilling my car with oil which will in turn bust the seals and gaskets leading to oil leaks later down the line. I asked that the service manager, Richie Krauss, contact me and never heard back or got as much as a phone call back. Stay away from this dealer at all costs!!!! More
