Had an issue with some agreed upon scope of cosmetic work being overlooked on initial bodyshop claim for my 2015 Chevy SS. Stasek worked quickly to resolve. Bill Stasek Chevy is a terrific place to go to buy a car and to service your car. I was there to service my car and I was pleasantly greeted by Tom Boyer, the service consultant. Tom and I went over what I and to service your car. I was there to service my car and I was pleasantly greeted by Tom Boyer, the service consultant. Tom and I went over what I was there for, which was the 45,000 servicing and anything else that needed to be done. Tom went over my cars servicing records and came to let me know what needed to be done. He went over everything thoroughly with me, answered my questions, and gave me an approx price. Tom is extremely professional, very pleasant, respectful, a excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and very approachable. I waited for my car and I will say the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I felt like I was home in my living room. People were doing their jobs ans the sales floor were selling but it wasn't loud and crazy like most dealerships. Jeremy Stasek came by and as busy as he is, he stopped to say hello and we caught up on our families. Bill Stasek Chevy is a top notch dealership and I will continue to go there for all my car needs. I even told Jeremy that when he gets in an Equinox Hybrid, to call me. That will be my next new car. I highly recommend Bill Stasek Chevy to all my friends and family.
