Service writer slow to wait on customers. You washed my car and it was still dirty, the car was not dried and there were water spots on my mirrors and windows. I brought my car in to have the radio repaired. I was charged $97 to be told it was needed to be pulled and sent out for repair. No repair was done. I do not know why the repair wasn’t done? Was for the most part disappointed with the service I received at Bill Stasek Chevrolet this visit. I have been a customer for many years, and bought my car there. I was originally quoted an inaccurate p received at Bill Stasek Chevrolet this visit. I have been a customer for many years, and bought my car there. I was originally quoted an inaccurate price for a part on the phone, because, as I was later told when I got there, they thought I only needed one part of it, and I was also told during that phone call that there would be little to no labor charge involved. The oil change was also much more expensive than I expected, compared to other places I’ve had it done, and I was told when I questioned it, that the high labor charge I was billed, was for the oil change too, which I’ve also never dealt with before in other shops. The service consultant, Katie, was helpful, and got me a partial credit on the bill after I brought up the much higher charge for the part than was originally quoted to me. I have no complaints about her service, as she had nothing to do with the above issues. With the much higher costs of the part, the surprisingly high labor charge for what was done, and the pricey oil change, I will no longer be coming back here to have repairs done, or for oil changes. More
