I had the interior and exterior protection package installed. They threw away part of my floor mats, couldn't be bothered to put them back properly, and they didn't wash my car before putting on the c installed. My vehicle was brought in for oil change and upon arrival a problem with hatch occurred. I requested an estimate before making repair. Received a call saying the part was 320.00 dollars. Went to pick up vehicle and was given a 260.00 bill. Service writer never said it would cost 200.00 for an estimate. When questioned about the charge service writer said that what it cost.
