We've been having ongoing issues and had to return to the dealership as our CEL light immediately went on after leaving. Surely the crew there will nip in this in the butt. After being unable to drop it off on a Friday morning, we dropped it today on a Saturday and understand they have a limited crew - so until Monday when we know this will all come to a close. Their shuttle service even went 'above and beyond' in giving us an unexpected ride, when needed. Thanks for the personal attention. This is the type of dealership one would want to do business with. Being honest from the getgo, explaining everything in a simple and understandable manner and working with you to make it right, even if the 2nd time. Kudos to the legacy of Bill Stasek, an integrity based and honest businessman whose legacy continues to this day! More

Wrong decision on my part going to Bill Stacek for services!!!! Car drove in without damage but drove back home saw big dent on liftgate (back door)!!! Checked home video confirmed car left from home services!!!! Car drove in without damage but drove back home saw big dent on liftgate (back door)!!! Checked home video confirmed car left from home garage at 9 was perfect but came back after oil change and auto guard services with car left in Bill Stacek for over 3 hours and found big dent on back of car!!!! Drove back almost immediately to the dealer but Bill Stacek refused to admit and take responsibility for the damage. I got pictures from my home video with time and date to proof! Will not go back for anything and will tell everyone about this!!!!! More

I submitted a Kelly Blue Book Offer. I instantly received emails/texts/phone call to come in. They even said they will offer more than kbb. This was a ongoing thing for a couple months. Today I submitted agin for the offer. Of course I was contacted right away. The offer was finally In the right range. So I message back and said yes I do have 20 minutes for a appraisal. I came in and was greeted by a salesman right away. I told them what I’m here for was lost a appraisal from my KBB inquire. When he figured out that I’m not interested in buying a car. He said I have to wait on the general manager Dennis. Dennis was on the phone so I waited a few minutes. When he freed up. I walked over to him introduced myself. Told him what I was here for. Right away all he says is what kind of car. How many miles. Once I told him the info. He just says not Interested . Didn’t even let me finish. I told him I was invited in by the bdc rep. Who had all of this info. Why didn’t they just tell me this upfront. He went on how it’s there just to get people in the door. Basically saying any way possible. So lying isn’t out of the question. I’m not bad they didn’t want to buy my car. I’m mad that they wasted my time and gas to even drive there.
