I’ve never dealt with so much deception in my life. If I remembered the finance guys name he’d be on this list too. I was under compensated for my trade, over charged for a warranty & anti-vehicle theft crap I didn’t want because I don’t have a deductible for my insurance, and with all the vehicle tracking stuff I have to make sure my spouse doesn’t have an affair, I can pin point a car down to the exact parking spot in 5 levels of basement. Like seriously. Please steal my car mr car jacker. I can replace the car and will. My sales man also handed me off like a joint at a party non-stop KNOWING that is behavior I hate because of how slowly my brain processes in the NOW things to ask questions. Every time I had a question he had gotten lost and found someone else to put at his desk. Then of course the vehicle protective coating that was supposed to be picked up Tuesday the 8th and dropped off to me at my home in Joliet. Tuesday the 8th came and went along with the first batch of bad surveys. I get a follow up phone call from Matt, about the ONLY person on your staff who actually has integrity. He makes sure that someone is there the next day. They pick it up. Then I start getting emails and texts thanking me for my service so I start looking up the OnStar location of the vehicle. Still sitting (and not being charged no less) calls to the dealership result in ending up in voicemail boxes not being checked. So after being ignored until all of service and porters had left for the day, I finally called Matt who made sure that SOMEONE delivered my car back home to me and the courtesy vehicle picked back up as I was leaving for a trip the next day doing trucking. Now whatever chemicals were in that, I appear to be allergic too. As I mostly wear shorts and a t-shirt year round because I go from a door to a car to a drive through at Starbucks to my house door again. Well in today’s half hour long Starbucks run, I have itching and red spots on all the surfaces of my skin that have touched any of the surfaces of the car. Backs of my thighs, hands, backs of my arms. My husband is now as we speak steam cleaning the car with baking soda and vinegar. Proving once again I should have used a place closer to me in Joliet and said no to that package. More
