I trust the service department at take good care of my older Corvette that is now approaching 110,000 miles. I used to have the car serviced at a dealer only 10 minutes from my home, but discovered they d older Corvette that is now approaching 110,000 miles. I now drive over an hour to get my car serviced at Stasek. All the people there are friendly and professional. I know these people are experts on Corvette servicing. More

I purchased a CERTIFIED 2018 Tahoe Premier with performance package at this dealership at the end of June and while the staff was friendly I had nothing but issues after that. At the time of the pu performance package at this dealership at the end of June and while the staff was friendly I had nothing but issues after that. At the time of the purchase I knew I would need to return with the vehicle within approximately 15 days to get a part installed for the AC which was on order and for the certification to be finalized. Within the first week of having the vehicle the battery died multiple times and I received a whole handful of errors codes on the vehicle including a low engine power warning which caused the engine to sound awful. Not wanting to drive the vehicle with this issue 45 minutes to the dealership they towed the vehicle, changed the battery and I had the vehicle back within a few days. Due to this I decided it was best to have a mechanic I know look over the vehicle prior to the certification. My mechanic noted front brake pads with 2MM wear remaining and tire wear on all 4 tires with only 4-4.5 32nd remaining (5 is certification minimum) but said the car seemed sound outside of this. 4 more weeks came and went and I continued to check in with the dealership regarding the AC part, no one had a date or expected arrival time. After 6 weeks of dealing with 90+ degree heat and no AC I decided to take the day off and drive the vehicle back to the dealership. That Monday I was told the part would arrive Thursday and so I asked them to take the vehicle, complete the certification, AC and aftermarket purchase I had made in the mean time. 10 days later I received the vehicle back, AC was fixed, aftermarket and other items done but I needed to wait until the next day for the certification report as they had lost the report. I noticed immediately the tires were not changed but decided to wait until I received the certification to see their assessment of them. The owner emailed me directly with the report and I was blown away to see on the report that they noted tire wear at 8/32nd remaining, passing the certification minimum of 5/32nd. Not only was this false, it was even close to the true thread remaining. I emailed the owner back with pictures and received no response at all. So while the staff was friendly, I would not support a dealership who lies on their certification reports to save a few bucks. More
