The wait was a little longer than expected but staff was professional and courteous. Natalia was great but service was super slow. I was told Saturday's is the Busiest day of the week. Service was not complete. My appointment was for 12 noon and I had to be at work by 2pm with a 45 minute d Saturday's is the Busiest day of the week. Service was not complete. My appointment was for 12 noon and I had to be at work by 2pm with a 45 minute drive. So I had to cut the service short due to my truck not being done at 115pm. So I didn't receive an all points inspection, I did not receive a car wash and Natalia said she would mail my sticker and invoice so that i could leave right away and not wait for it. Sad to say I did not make it on time to work and was docked 15 minutes of pay... So maybe next time I will plan on staying 2 hours or even get a loaner while my Truck is getting service. More
