The customer service in obtaining the vehicle I was looking for was excellent. Stacey Hall was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles in the Chevy line. He especially was able to answer all my questions regarding the 2014 Impala and the 2014 Equinox and point out the unique features in each. In addition, he patiently listened as I mentioned what was important to me and what was irrelevant in my search for a new car. His search of dealer stock revealed that Stasek did not have the exact match in vehicle options and color that I was looking for but instead of pushing the stock on hand, most of which had more costly options, he willingly offered to search other dealers stock to successfully find my exact match. It was as if I special ordered a car to my exact specifications. He worked on my behalf to get me the best price possible on my trade in as well as for the new vehicle.
