My wife and I called ahead and arranged an appointment with Bobby Demery to view a new 2023 Bolt SUV. We arrived early and after introductions, he promptly went and brought the car out for our review and with Bobby Demery to view a new 2023 Bolt SUV. We were familiar with the car having completed a test drive on a used Bolt at another dealer. We discussed our car needs and what we were looking for in the car. Once all questions by both him and us were completed, Bobby let us explore the car on our own. There was no “looking over our shoulder”, no sales pressure. We moved at our own pace. We took the car for a test drive through the lot. That led to further discussion and price talks. We agreed to think about it and Bobby offered to hold the car with a credit card if we decided to purchase. On the drive home my wife and I discussed and made the decision to buy. We called Bobby and he placed the hold on the car. We requested a hitch be installed as we will carry bicycles. Bobby arranged the hitch to be installed the next day and we picked up the car the following day. Bobby kept in contact with us, providing emails and texts to explain Chevy Services, other services and the advantages of the Chevy phone app. When picking up the car, he answered our further questions on the car and sat with us in the car to ensure we were comfortable with its operation. This is the sixth time over many years that I have purchased a car from a dealer. This was the most pleasant experience. We are extremely satisfied and recommend working with Bobby if anyone is looking to purchase a car. More
