My experience with Tim was more than excellent. He was kind and patient with each individual he worked with at Tasca. He was busy & he made sure his customers were taken care of as I waited for the financ kind and patient with each individual he worked with at Tasca. He was busy & he made sure his customers were taken care of as I waited for the finance guys to figure out my car payment. I did notice, no one there treated Tim with respect. It was very uncomfortable to watch. The manager reprimanded him many times in front of customers. I felt awful for Tim but he continued his job with grace. He told me all about my Chevy trailblazer! He made car buying so much easier than it normally is. Tim was excellent, I would return to work with him in the future. More

Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Sarah was very helpful and followed up with me on my needs. Unfortunately the manufacturer is not able to keep up with the needs of their clients while hiding behin helpful and followed up with me on my needs. On so many levels and for several reasons, I will never do business with Tasca Chevrolet/Ford in Woonsocket, RI. From not following through on documented buyout pricing to being charged excessive fees for do business with Tasca Chevrolet/Ford in Woonsocket, RI. From not following through on documented buyout pricing to being charged excessive fees for “missing keys” and additional one month payment for an agreed upon return date 6 days later due to my quarantine for COVID. I have had issue after issue with this dealership including customer service and continued mechanical issues ( bulletin verified) on brand new leased Camaro with only 21k miles! I was still willing to purchase outright but they refused to agree to a dated document showing $1k rebate because original sales rep no longer there! Also, my previous lease had oil change and when I tried to pick up at end of day, they locked the key in car! I needed help and a few guys were sitting around talking and actually said they couldn’t do anything since it was the end of the day and to call AAA!!!! While I’m standing inside their dealership for the car I’m leasing from them! Such an awful experience! I will never purchase there again and will make sure anyone buying a car hears how they conduct business! Starting with sales reps up through business manager and corporate in Cranston. So disappointed. More
I recently had to have work done on my 2015 City Express and I found the customer service excellent. Mike called me before hand and went over what needed to be done to fix the problem and what it would cos and I found the customer service excellent. He gave me a couple of options as to the estimated cost and so there was no surprises when I showed up to pick up my vehicle. I have brought my van to Tasca for all the service calls since I purchased it from them and have always been more then satisfied More
Great service, Eric had my vehicle serviced and washed in a short period of time. I purchased a new 2019 Equinox from Tasca about two years ago, Tasca is the only one I have service it, and have never had a a short period of time.
