Non-working windshield wipers I called Dominic in service to tell him about my windshield wipers. One morning they no longer worked, so I thought they needed to be replaced, so I I called Dominic in service to tell him about my windshield wipers. One morning they no longer worked, so I thought they needed to be replaced, so I replaced them myself, but they still didn't work, so I knew it was something I wouldn't be able to do. I made an appointment with Service and when I came in I reiterated the problem. Dominic recalled reading something from the manufacturer about wipers and did some research. It turned out there was a problem with the unit and the manufacturer would pay for the repair! To me, this was someone going the extra mile for a customer. Because this repair was being paid for, I was able to make an additional appointment for body work. Thanks, Dominic! More
