I purchased the vehicle and while still on the lot, I checked some of the electronics and features and noticed that the air conditioning was not working. They looked at it and determined that the AC compressor needed to be replaced. They replaced it and I have been happy every since. More

Handed me his card and walked away telling me to come see him if I was interested. I was there to buy a car. Went to the Cumberland location, Duane Daye came right out and spoke to me, I asked for his card and we discussed the used Avenger on the lot. I then called back on Sunday and spoke to Roy, very helpful. Went back to Cumberland and spoke to Ted Castillo, Put a deposit down on the vehicle to finalize the paper work. Picked up car on Wednesday and new Registration on Saturday. Very nice location and very helpful people on the staff. I would highly recommend the Cumberland location. Would not recommend South Attleboro if the customer has to chase a salesman around. They lost the sale, Cumberland gained a customer. Paid cash and walked out with a nice vehicle. I currently have a lease through Tasca Ford in Seekonk and have leased the last three from same dealership. This was my first purchase from any Tasca dealer ship and the people in Cumberland were very accommodating. More

UNSATISFIED I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle for a possible lease vehicle. I drove 60 miles one way the following day, for my scheduled appointment. I provided my information to the saleswoman and we were on our way with the test drive. When we returned, I filled out all the paperwork. A few minutes later, The saleswoman returned to inform me she was sorry but the Internet price of the truck was incorrect and grossly underpriced. She advised me the manager would speak to me and she would run some numbers on other vehicles. Approximately 10 minutes later, she returned with some ridiculously huge numbers for a simple lease. It was obvious they made an error and wanted nothing more to do with me at this point. I asked to speak to the manager and was advised he was busy and would not be speaking to me. I looked around the dealership and asked her. I am the only customer in here, how busy can he be?. I again asked to speak to the manager and advised her I drove 60 miles to check out this vehicle and that I felt he owed it to me to atleast speak to me for a few minutes. She again advised me he was busy and he could not speak to me but if I wanted I could call him by phone later that day. I left the dealership feeling very angry and insulted, I made the long trek home and when I arrived I sent an email to the Tasca's asking for a call from one of the owners, As of that night I have not heard from them. Also, the mispriced truck was still on their website as of 8:30pm that evening, I contacted the AG's office and the RI DMV Board. I will be lodging a complaint on Tasca Chevrolet and informing everyone of my negative experience with that dealership. More

Looked good when I left-Ray even put my registration stickers on for me--my renewal came yesterday and I hadn't had time yet to do so. Dealership has been recently renovated, and waiting area was well decorated, and was complete with comfy chairs and a big screen TV. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available--hot chocolate was excellent, as well. More
