Josh was great in getting the lease of my 2024 Jeep Wangler 4xe together. I felt prepared and confident in my decision, and understood the numbers and how a lease worked before making it to Steve in fi Wangler 4xe together. The final work is only average. A specific sales rep is unreliable and unprofessional. You must absolutely advocate for yourself and your vehicle. Ask to speak with management and A specific sales rep is unreliable and unprofessional. You must absolutely advocate for yourself and your vehicle. Ask to speak with management and you’ll have a response after your car is in their hands for 5 business days! Especially absurd that you are told that you will have a replacement vehicle within two days! 5 days later and the customer has to reach out to the sales rep to inquire about their car. Notes about the reported car issue are not in the computer logs. And sales rep is gone for the day by 3:30 on this 5th day of no communication! Had to ask for Manager to get any answer as to my questions/issues reported 5days prior. Unacceptable business response in these days when family needs their vehicle in order to proceed with life’s routine. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone More
