Recalls done the easy way. I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. She double checked to make sure any parts required were available so I left it for a few hours. Job done and I was called to let me know my Ram was ready to pick up. I, myself, many years ago worked as a Service Adviser so I think I qualify to evaluate my visit to the service department. Getting an appointment:Easy. Drop off and write up: Easy. Easiest Jeep buying experience ever. We had an idea of the exact wrangler that we wanted and had been searching online for quite some time. Last Saturday while out on a motorcycle ride my fiancé drove through the lot at tasca on route 6 in Johnston when he spotted what seemed to be the one we’ve been looking for. He went inside and spoke with Jason, gave him his information and said he’d prob come back with me during the week..on Monday late afternoon we went back down to the dealership where Jason happily greeted us and when he asked what we were looking to test drive I pointed out the one we loved. We took it for a test drive, fell in love and signed up immediately..we went back on Tuesday morning with the deposit check and within an hour I was on my way to work with our brand new Jeep Wrangler. All the management and staff that we dealt with were all very pleasant..the only names that I really remember are Jason (our sales guy) and Devin (the finance manager) sorry to the rest of the guys we met that I don’t remember names of.. Anyway I highly recommend the car or truck buying experience over at tasca..very professional team there! Thanks so much guys...WE LOVE OUR JEEP!😁 More

They managed to get me an 8% interest rate as a first time buyer without a co-signer and worked extra hard to meet the guidelines and budget I was looking for. I would recommend tasca to anyone looking for a car they go above and beyond for their customers. More
