My car wouldn't shift out of first gear one morning on my way to work. I stopped in at Metro and talked to Paul. He got my car in within the hour. What an experience ! I was greeten in the overhead bay by the tech who was going to service my Jeep. He asked me how it was running, and the reason for my being there that day.
